MicroSourcing is looking for an E-Commerce Assistant for one of its Australian clients.
Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Digital Marketing Assistant position is;
· Manage all products on totaltools.com.au
· Upload content to the website, data, images, etc.
· Live edit current products via the CMS (Magento 2)
· Price updating, daily & weekly
Duties & Responsibilities:
The duties & responsibilities within this position include, but are not limited to, the following;
· Copying and formatting data into excel spreadsheets ready for uploading
· Editing existing products, adding attributes to existing product forms (spreadsheets) and uploading
· Live editing Products
· Updating images, live editing (website) & bulk editing (excel)
· Emailing suppliers with content templates to be turned into upload spreadsheets
· Uploading formatted spreadsheets to the website via the FTP and Rapidlow
· Cross referencing multiple spreadsheets (V-Lookup, excel)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree related to any marketing courses.
· 1-3 yrs. experience in the related field
· Moderate level of Microsoft excel experience is required
· CMS experience (Magento 2 preferred)
· Must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City on a day shift schedule
