Wine Store Specialist

We offer a collection of blockbuster brands from some of the planet’s top vineyards, distilleries, and breweries complemented with professional and personalized service with fourteen bottle shops in Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, Boracay Island, Subic, Clark and still growing.*Ralph’s Wines & Spirits is looking for energetic, customer-oriented, friendly, and hospitable store and wine specialists to fully man our retail wine bottle shops. The store specialist is responsible for the overall operations and sales of the individual store branch and to educate the customers on our wines, spirits, beers, and sake products. High-level customer service is a must. Wine knowledge and experience preferred.Requirements:Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Marketing, or equivalent/related field.At least 1 year of working experience in HRM, retail store, or sales.Honest, Hard Working, Self-Motivated, Organized, Trustworthy, Detail-oriented, and displays excellent Time ManagementMust be outgoing, personable, and enjoys interacting with customers.Ability to multi-task and have analytical thinkingAbility to adapt and have flexible work hours extending into the evening.Ability to man various stores in different locations.Must be fluent in writing and speaking in English. Job Description:Must have strong sales background and customer service experience. Must be able to talk and connect with all customers and provide a high-level customer service experience.Responsible for direct sales and operations of cash register and inputting sales into POS System.Responsible for opening and closing duties depending upon day or night shift.Inventory management of entire store. Perform routine physical count of store.Create Sales Report for weekly and monthly sales reporting.Responsible for visual merchandising.Responsible for overall organization and cleanliness of the store and keeping products/shelves free of dust and debris.Must be proficient in communicating product and wine knowledge to the customer.Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email.Report directly to Head Office Management.Must be Day shift and Night shift flexible.
