Job Description :
· Consolidate and Review the Daily, Monthly, Periodic and Annual Sales, Annual Forecasts and other important Marketing reports needed by the Officer-Marketing, Marketing Group and the Management;
· Organize and implement a systematic administrative Support to Marketing Group;
· Ensure compliance of all governmental requirements such as Fertilizer & Pesticides Authority product registration and registration of brands to Intellectual Property Office (IPO);
· Ensure that all distributors, service providers are covered with a valid Distributorship Agreement, Contract, Licenses, Permits and other required documents;
· Coordinate with the Manpower Agency in the hiring, benefits and other requirements of agronomists and Field Research assistants;
· Coordinate with the General Affairs Section in the implementation of promotional activities and advertisement such as organizing trade shows, exhibits and other advertising activities; and
· Coordination with Purchasing Department in the procurement of advertising materials and distribution to Marketing Group.
Job Qualifications :
§ Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Management or any related courses;
§ Has at least 5 years professional experience on a managerial capacity in marketing or customer management, Must be in the chemical and fertilizer industries;
§ Has a strong understanding of customers and fertilizer market in the Philippines;
§ Has more than adequate experience in handling people;
§ Has very effective communication and interpersonal skills;
§ Has very good coordination and negotiation skills; and
§ Must be physically fit and willing to travel.
