The Customer Development Account Executive (Key Accounts Executive) manage, develop and grow the assigned territory under the Distributive Trade group by maintaining good relationship to the existing accounts, developing new accounts and timely execution of the agreed plans and activities.
Plan and achieve the value target in the assigned territory.Ensure that Accounts Receivables of the accounts under the territory are within the company guidelines.Ensure timely execution of promotional activities in the trade.Establish and maintain a good relationship with Key Personnel of the accounts through joint business planning and regular visits.Timely reporting of competitor activities and other reports as identified by the immediate superior.Regularly attend trainings, seminars and workshops as part of his/her capability and skills development.Responsible for developing new businesses/accounts in the assigned territory.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Business or any related fieldWith at least 3-5 years of working experience as a Distributor specialist/ Account Executive/ SalesmanVery good negotiation skills and works well under pressureWith good communication and strong analytical skillsWith above-average desktop skills (i.e. MS Office especially PowerPoint)WORK LOCATION: Triumph Building, #1610 Quezon Avenue Brgy.
