Job Purpose
Manage and grow the business value of the Bancassurance (BA) Distribution channel in line with the achievement of the Company's strategic plans.
Major Activities
• Grows the business value of the channel
• Develops and ensures implementation of strategies toward growing the business value of BA distribution channel
• Establishes sales projections and plans for budget allocations including manpower requirements
• Establishes key performance indicators to each Department Head within the Division to ensure alignment of objectives
• Maximizes partnership with bank partners, Joint Venture (JV) partners, and its subsidiaries for the approval and execution of Axa initiatives
• Management of BA expense ratio
• Increase revenue and customer base through Direct Marketing and Telemarketing
• Develops strategies to ensure the channel’s performance and profitability
• Increase growth potentials through Campaign development and execution
• Efficiency of Telemarketing operations
• Achieves new business targets and retention of quality business through Relationship Management
• Maintains relationships with bank partners for the successful execution of BA initiatives
• Acquisition of new business and retention of quality business
• Determines business potential and gets the maximum out of the relationship
• Strengthens sales support through recruitment strategies and distributors’ developmental programs
• Expands the sales force through sound recruitment, retention, and productivity programs
• Strategic initiatives for the training of distributors geared towards productivity and career development
• Achieves maximum productivity and performance of the Sales Management team

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Minimum 10 years experience in product/sales management particularly in the life insurance industry
• Minimum 5 years in a top management level position
• Understanding of all faces of the insurance business including financials
• Successful sales management track record
