Job Description
Manage daily orders, develop customer service strategy, establish QA knowledge base, coordinate with third-party live stream agency, improve customer professionalism and serviceability；Daily data monitoring of live streaming platforms to improve the online duration of users and increase user stickiness;Responsible for the management of the live streaming platform, the improvement of live streaming process planning, and the optimization of promotion strategies;Collect and build up the database from customer feedback to develop a live stream strategy and better scrips for hostingQualifications
Familiar with the rules of Tiktok platform or other major lives streaming platforms;Has experience in customer service, management and operation. Ability to build awareness of the need for customer service;Good communication and coordination skills, positive attitude, strong learning ability and result-oriented;Data analysis skills will be a plusNote: Unpaid internship.
