DEVELOP & EXECUTE: Develop local market understanding to help in the development & execution of marketing programs
• RESEARCH LOCAL MARKET
Conduct monthly competitor checks (events, promotions, etc.) & analyze information on the SMAC Loyalty program
• ENGAGE LOCAL COMMUNITY
Communicate with relevant entities within the trading area: local market segments, private offices, organizations for the development of loyalty programs
• RECOMMEND & EXECUTE MARKETING PLAN
Recommend & execute a comprehensive local store marketing program to support the business objectives of the store
• PROCESS LOCAL REQUIREMENTS
Process the local implementation requirements of the marketing programs (resize marketing collaterals received from head office marketing to fit local requirements, secure permits, etc.)
• evalUATE PROJECTS
evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities implemented in the branch in terms of sales effect & cost (identify reasons for success or failure)
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a managerial role is required for this position
• Candidate must be a self-starter, with above average communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment; highly-creative and with collaborative attitude
• Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
• Willing to be assigned in SM Makati
