The House of Precast is looking for a full-time Management Trainee, willing to work Monday-Saturday, 8am-5pm.
Requirements are as follows:
1. At least 2-3 years of related job experience.
2. Must be proficient in MS office.
3. Willing to work on site (Quezon City Offce). Monday-Saturday. 8am-5pm.
Job description will be as follows:
Main role: To primarily act as the point of contact and main coordinator among executives, employees, clients and suppliers. Then, will be trained in the different departments.
Sales and Aftersales – Assist in monitoring Client accounts, billing and making quotations.
Production – Assist with monitoring production and coordinate with department heads with regards to needs in materials and logistics.
Admin - Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory, utility bills and overall maintenance of office.
HR – Assist in employee relations aspects.
