Distribution Strategy & Programs Director
The Distribution Strategy Director plays a senior leadership role in the business, leading the management team in the development of strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability. This role is responsible for the organization’s strategic planning, alignment of all key distribution functions to the organizational strategy, and internal and external reporting of corporate performance. This position incorporates into the strategic plan the expectations and direction from AXA Group, Asian Markets, the Board of Directors, and stakeholders. Further responsibilities include coordination between the organization’s strategic objectives, providing support to strategic initiative owners, and ensuring collaboration and communication to deliver and measure the intended strategic results in a timely manner.

Strategic Planning
· Develops and manages the implementation of strategic planning and performance management
· Ensures strategic direction and strategic initiatives are incorporated into divisional business plans
· Initiates and leads strategy adjustments together with the stakeholder as necessary
· Communicates with various stakeholders and process owners for their meaningful involvement in the annual strategic planning processes
· Develops communication and ongoing reporting strategies to ensure stakeholders are effectively engaged in the assessment of the operating environment as part of defining or adjusting the organizational strategy
· Ensures Life Insurance is achieving its strategic plan objectives in the most efficient and effective manner
Strategy Execution and Strategic Alignment
Supports the ELT and their teams in advancing actions and initiatives designed to gain progress on strategic objectivesLeads the involvement of performance and planning in cascading the organizational strategy to divisional business plans as well as monitoring and reporting on the progress of completing strategic initiatives Prepare documentation, materials, and presentations reporting to the Board of Directors and internally to all staff on the progress of strategy executionCorporate Performance Measurement
Provides performance management and measurement expertise to the ELT and SLTDevelops performance measures and targets for strategic objectivesIdentifies appropriate performance measuresDevelops requirements for appropriate systems for performance measurement, tracking, and reportingCoordinates the implementation of performance measurement tracking and ensures integrity and transparency of dataAnalyzes performance measurement data for trends and advises the ELT and stakeholders of opportunities for increased efficiencies and effectiveness of business processes
