By joining us as an HR and Operations Assistant, you will help drive the blended work arrangement-related programs with the HR team, provide logistics support for business unit engagement programs, and clean up Oracle Learn training data records. 

In this capacity, you will give support to the HR and Operations Systems, Report Management, Employee Engagement, Knowledge Management, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supports operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In this role, you will: 

Administer new hire announcements through the Enterprise IT Organization Announcement System. Provide coordination and logistics support for the HR team in the implementation of Manila IT’s engagement programs. Update the automated scorecard system, cost center report, and headcount report submitted to Enterprise IT. Assist in the migration of historical records to Oracle Learn and in the technical training of the learning administrator. Help with the synthesis and evaluation of all job descriptions across the various IT Resource Centers in relation to the Enterprise IT Global Career Portal. Facilitate the system maintenance of the career portal. Assist in the maintenance of the 201 files, inclusive of contracts and employee movement announcements. Attend in the preparation of knowledge-based articles for the Manila IT HR Portal. 

For this role, you will need: 

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related courses. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient in Microsoft Team, Webex, or any equivalent online communication platform. Detail-oriented when it comes to file organization, database management, record keeping, and logistics coordination.
