1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. With one (1) year experience in the same capacity.
3. Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.
4. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
5. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Facilitates Timekeeping and payroll processes.
2. Prepares monthly consolidated reports of governmental payments for SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-
Ibig.
3. Prepares monthly and annual consolidated withholding tax compensation.
4. Provides day-to-day benefits administration services, including responding to employees’
inquiries.
5. Conducts compensation benefits orientation as part of the new employee integration program.
6. Administers company granted benefits such as life, health, vacation leave, sick leave and
employee assistance.
7. Visits project sites to discuss with workers concerns regarding timekeeping, payroll, benefits
and employee discipline.
8. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.
