Source, qualify and conduct in-depth interviews with IT/technical candidates to ensure both a professional and cultural fitReview applications and screen applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position. Refer candidates to hiring managers for further interview and screening processes.Build candidate pipelinesRecommend ways to improve our recruitment related processesConduct new hire orientation and handle on-boarding & off-boarding processesImplement employee engagement initiatives to promote positive people culture and drive initiatives on talent engagement and retentionOversee performance improvement process, employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and case investigations.Coach manager on performance managementPerform other related duties as assignedJob Requirements
