Ø Effectively manage and process recruitment of DM, TS/O, Supervisor and Entry level from sourcing to final selection of successful applicants
Ø Coordinate and communicate regularly with the Business/Functional Divisions/Department of the Department Store to monitor movement and status of all shortlisted candidates for appropriate action
Ø Prepare and maintain diligently an updated and accurate manpower status report to ensure continuity of the recruitment and selection process (successful placement/transfer/promotion/resignation)
Ø Review consolidated related Recruitment reports
Ø Review and innovate sourcing instruments, programs and activities that would lead to an efficient and effective facilitation of services of internal customers
Ø Actively assist in new branches’ openings e.g. organizing job fair on-site focusing on the timely sourcing and successful placement of personnel within the standards set by the Department Store
Ø Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· With pleasing personality, flexible and able to multi-task
· Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
· Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Dasmariñas
