Job Description
Answers, screens and transfer as needed inbound phone calls and handles customer concerns and queriesPrepares customer 201 filePrepares activities calendar of Admin OfficeReceive and monitors reservations for use of amenities and other requestsMaintain and monitor the inventory of all office supplies and orders as needed, office equipment and accountable formsCarry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.Maintain computer and manual filing systemsEnsure proper documentation and filing of all customers’ information, government permits and property documentsEnsure the timely release of all bills, i.e. dues, utilities, service requests and othersEnsures timely payment of expensesEnsures the accuracy and correctness of all billingsJob Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's DegreeWilling to work in TaguigWith at least 1 year experience in the same fieldWilling to work from Monday-Saturday
