about the Role
Supporting a team of accountants and advisors, you will assist in the administration required to deliver excellent service to our expanding client base and coordinating the various moving parts of the business.
In this role you will:
Build strong relationships with clients and team members to develop trust and credibilitySchedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries Collate and professionally present client reports and outgoing correspondenceMaintain and update software systems with client informationManagement of outgoing client correspondence via mail & emailContacting the client by phone and email as requiredReview of client documents & managing scanning and saving client documents as requiredPreparation of client checklistsInternal appointment schedulingPreparation and monitoring of ATO lodgment reports for Liston Newton GroupPreparation of weekly debtor’s reportsAssist Client Services Managers with the daily workflow including preparation of collations, ATO Lodgments and filing of all documents.Checking of all daily mail received from the ATO for Liston Newton clientsManage the preparation & collation of ASIC Annual Review statements with guidance from the Client Services Managers. This includes following up of clients for signing of documents and payment reminders for the Liston Newton Group.about You
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in an admin role with an accounting and taxation businessYou love to deliver the ‘Wow’ in customer service Loves the challenge of multi-tasking and can handle a change of priorities at quick noticeYou want to grow and build a career in administrationCan follow, and more importantly build systems and processesHandling telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner is second nature to youKnows the importance of a high attention to detail and accuracyAble to prioritise and manage multiple tasksHighly organised with excellent time management skillsTech savvy and a quick adopter of new systems
