1) Prepare Financial Accountability Report (FAR 1 and FAR 1-A);
2) Encode Journal Entry Voucher of Disbursement Vouchers and other transactions;
3) Process Disbursement Vouchers and Purchase Orders;
4) Prepare monthly summary of Tax Remittance Advice for General Fund;
5) Submission of Annual Registration of Income Tax for GIA and CIP;
6) File documents; and
7) Support other administrative functions in the Accounting Unit
