Roles and Responsibilities:
Create and modify departmental Policy and Procedures as necessaryComplete incidental department duties as assigned.Search Jobs USReviewing the loan application package for completeness and accuracyWork closely with Loan Officers and UnderwritersAssist with loan approval process as neededCommunicate with Operations Manager and Lending Department to help ensure proper time management of file processWorks and communicates well with other team membersAssists with wires (incoming/outgoing)Understand and comply with industry regulationsMaintains customer confidence by keeping client information confidentialQualifications:
Ability to act independently and proactively in order to clear all loan conditions and expedite a transaction to closingKnowledge Loan Processing and Underwriting preferred.Knowledge of Mortgage Banking preferred.• Ability to organize and coordinate projects.Excellent Customer Service skillsMust be able to work overtime as needed during peak periodsProficient in Microsoft Office software preferredFresh college grads are welcome to applyBenefits:
