Assigned in Major Accounts on preparing, posting, verifying, and recording customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivableCreates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.Negotiate payment plans , set credit terms and conditions as well as coordinating the outstanding balance with customer and Account Executives.Update receivables by monitoring and coordinating all processing performed on orders that are delivered daily including transactions such as bank remittancesCollaborates with the C&C Lead to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis.Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of credit and collectionContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results while upholding integrity and strict compliance on corporate established policies and procedures·
Qualifications
Graduate of BS AccountancyAt least with 1-3 years accounting experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related accounting software programsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailWilling to be assigned at Marilao, Bulacan
