Melters and Brights Group is looking for a Sales Manager to handle gym properties in Quezon City and Pasig City.

Responsibilities:

Achieve growth, hit sales targets and manage trade accounts receivables by successfully managing the sales team.Design and implement a Strategic Business Plan that not only ensures the loyalty of existing clients but also expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPrepare and present accurate and timely sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts and projections to the management team.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusBe able to do compelling product presentations. Present the product or service to potential and/or existing customers professionally and expertly. / Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customerNegotiate the terms of customer or sales agreements and effectively close sales transactions. / Be able to effectively respond to and overcome customer objections and denials.Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Be able to represent the company and product brands in a compelling manner.
