The Philippine Loyalty and Payments Specialist is responsible for the in-country activation, commercial growth and partnerships within the loyalty and payments program. To team with regional International Fuel & Lubricants Consumer Experience teams, regional Loyalty & Payments Specialist, Develop and deploy in-country loyalty and payments program initiatives, offers and communications.  Monitor performance for effectiveness of program in consumer engagement and business generation. Coordinate with regional team, local stakeholders, and business partners to implement integrated loyalty and payment program and deliver enhanced consumer experience.

Loyalty

Responsible for the assessment, development, execution and implementation of Caltex Rewards program together with in-country Loyalty program, key partners that support our objectives for a differentiated Proprietary Loyalty Program with preferred partner(s) (which may include conglomerates, grocers, hypermarkets, department stores, banks, food & beverage outlets, convenience stores, mobile service providers, etc.), growth through strategic partners, improved technology and customized consumer offers, and ultimately leadership in loyalty marketing.

This requires:

Understanding local market loyalty and competitive landscapeAdopt Asia Pacific loyalty framework and adapt to meet in country requirementsLead overall in-country loyalty program design to ensure program attractiveness and drive member acquisitionOngoing identification and development of new partnersPartner engagement and generation of interest to pursueNegotiations with partners to reach final contractTraining of retail and support staff to execute program elementsLaunching of program and ongoing supportDeveloping marketing plan together with the Marketing team to increase the brand awareness of the loyalty programExecuting promotions covering loyalty program including working with strategic partners where neededLeverage on regional consumer journey framework and deploy to local market to drive personalized consumer experienceConducting lookback and identifying key learnings from various activitiesScanning for competitive threats to loyalty program and development and execution of response

Payments

Responsible for the in-country activation, commercial growth and partnerships within the payments program. Coordinate with regional team, local stakeholders and business partners to implement innovative retail payment solutions and ensure proper operations. Responsible to develop brand and marketing communications to support the payments strategy. Monitor performance for effectiveness of the payments program in the consumer engagement and business generation.

Responsibilities include:

Understanding local market of payment technology landscape, including but not limited to QR Code payment, eWallet/mobile payment, tap and go, co-branded credit/debit card etc.Research and short listing of high potential payment partnersPartner engagement and generation of interest to pursueNegotiations with partners to reach final contractIdentifying opportunities to grow brand awareness in the payment space and executing these plansTraining of retail and support staff to execute program elements. Launching of program and ongoing support.Development and coordination of promotional and tactical activities to drive usage and sales volume

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management is preferredMinimum of 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positionData analytics/digital marketing experience is a plusProficient in English both written & spokenExcellent people skills and able to work with diverse groupsSelf-motivated to succeed and solution orientatedCustomer-facing with good business acumen
