PLAN & STRATEGIZE: Plan & develop strategy to improve operational efficiency• OVERSEE DAILY OPERATIONS WITHIN THE BRANCHOversee security system operations, & security guard force manning, performance & bills payment processing• CHECK CLOSURE ON EMERGENCY RESPonSESOversee the appropriateness of responses to emergency & customer concerns• FOLLOW THRU ON CLOSURE OF THEFT CASESFollow thru on all theft cases for final disposition & action• RESOLVE FIRST-LEVEL COMPLAINTSResolve first-level complaints regarding overall security staff & services in the branch• REVIEW PROFILES & UPDATE PREVENTIVE MEASURESReview incident / suspect profile, merchandise loss / damage post-activity reports, & update preventive security measures in the branchQualifications:• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & up experienced employees specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.• Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours• Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - SM Tuguegarao• Full-time positions available
