Business Development Officer -For CV pooling

Responsibilities:

Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for businessDevelop business proposals for existing and new customers and determine cross-selling and up-selling opportunitiesOrganize and conducts sales visits and prospect canvassingBuild and maintain good business relationships with clients to encourage renewal or repeat transactionQualify and follow up on leads generated by the companyAchieve monthly targetsPrepare and analyze monthly sales performanceFacilitate research on competitor’s product offerings and their respective market performancesEstablish a knowledge storehouse of clients, referrals, presentations, and prospects

Requirements:

3 years of sales experience in developing corporate & retail accountsGraduate in Marketing, Business Management or other related coursesEffective in presenting and product/contract negotiating to any market levelStrong networking abilityMust have intermediate knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerpointIntermediate proficiency level in both English and Tagalog oral and written communicationMust be willing to perform fieldwork to meet up with clients if neededExperience and knowledge in the insurance industry is an advantageCan adapt to a fast-paced, start-up environment
