THE JOB: Responsible in providing a range of legal support to strengthen risk management and internal control processes in the organization. The job covers monitoring the compliance of business practices to existing laws and regulations, including necessary legal research and update affecting the business operations of the company. Implements quality assurance and sets draft of corporate contracts and legal documents based on agreed provisions, as well as ensures compliance of parties to existing terms and conditions. Prepares application related to Trademark and Intellectual Property Rights and assists in handling cases related to product warranty and similar complaints.
THE DESIRED CANDIDATES:
● Graduate or has accomplished at least 3 years of Bachelor of Laws
● With at least 1 year experience in legal compliance and/or contracts administration
● Proficient in applying accounting or internal auditing standards, procedures and techniques to situations without extensive recourse to technical research and assistance
● Computer literate with effective presentation skills
● Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
● With good project management and interpersonal skills
● Critical thinker
