Job Summary:
The Lawyer will be assigned to the Loan Syndication and documentation Division of LCG and will draft and review loan documents (e.g., facility and security agreements for syndicated loans, omnibus loan and security agreements, term loan agreements, loan restructuring agreements, and, as necessary, related collateral documents, including amendments and supplements thereto); draft and review supporting documents (e.g., constitutive documents, corporate authorizations, certifications, consents); render legal opinions relating to loan and collateral documents. Candidate may also be tasked to assist in giving opinions on questions of a general legal nature and handle cases.
