As an Optical Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact between Glasses Direct and our customers via phone calls, emails or web chat. Your role is to ensure you are providing each and every customer with an enjoyable customer service experience by providing a high level of customer care and attention at all times. Our purpose as a customer service team is to gain and/or retain customers so that they never think about going anywhere else. We are the voice of Glasses Direct. You are a representative for the company and contribute to the lasting impression a customer will have and so it is important that you consistently demonstrate the company values and behaviours to ensure their service experience leaves a positive lasting impression, turning customers into our advocates.
