Business Development Executive (Hybrid Work Setup)

Job Summary:The Business Development Manager is mainly responsible for identifying business opportunities and effectively building key partnerships to meet the organization’s goals.Responsibilities:Understand assigned market/s and develop strategies to promote our products and services solutions.Manage existing partner accounts, identify current challenges, devise and present solutions that add value for the partnership and improve the company’s revenue.Engage existing and potential clients and partners while maintaining and growing business relationships and opportunities.Initiate effective business development strategies aimed to achieve sales goals.Perform regular market review and provide industry and competitive insights to aid in business strategy.Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.At least 3 years of progressive business development, business-to-business or corporate sales is required. Has established track record of meeting hard BD KPIs, such as client acquisition, client retention, and revenue targets.Has good communication and people skills.  Able to confidently communicate and present to clients and partners across all position levels.Highly committed and resilient when faced with challenges.  Has the initiative and capacity to thrive in an ever-evolving environment.Should be proactive, possessing a heart for our purpose of helping others
