WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Junior Accountant will primarily prepare periodic financial reports that will add value to the business of our US clients. Your day-to-day activities will revolve around recording transactions, updating the ledger, and ensuring accurate financial schedules.
To ensure success in this role, you should be organized, analytical, a self-starter, and proactive. You should be willing to be trained in bookkeeping according to applicable financial reporting standards. You should also possess a high degree of curiosity in learning new accounting systems and processes and be eager to expand your knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Excel.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPonSIBLE FOR
Perform basic bookkeeping functions for our U.S.-based clients Deliver accurate financial reports on time Organize records and keep financial transactions aligned with reporting standards and best practices Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and teammatesWHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
Graduate of any Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or any business-related course (such as Business Management Accounting, Financial Management, and Accounting Technology or equivalent) New and fresh graduates are welcome to apply Good oral and written communication skills Proficient knowledge of MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Diligent, detailed, results-oriented, team player Flexible, adaptable with a high degree of curiosity to learn Can start immediately
