Job Responsibilities:
Preparing monthly financial statements for clientsCollaborate with each client to obtain supporting documentsMaintain accurate ledgers by categorizing transactions to the correct accountsMonthly Bank and Credit Card ReconciliationsManaging a portfolio of clients with various levels of complexityPreparing quarterly and yearly closing entriesWorking with assigned team on building and maintaining strong relationships with clientsWorking on ad hoc projects assigned by manager of accounting servicesCommunicating with bookkeeping clients on a regular basisJob Requirements:
Knowledgeable with QuickBooks desktop and online, Gusto, Xero and/or other comparable platformsComfortable with technology and other various platforms, such as MS Office, Skype, Zoom, VOIP & Google apps etcOutstanding communication and collaboration skills with both clients and team membersAvailability to follow standard workday hours to be able to work with clients, but some hours can be worked during evening/weekends (optional) Ability to work under deadlinesPersonable, friendly, and professional demeanorHas great initiative and can work independently on assignmentsProfessional, reliable, good work ethicCan work under pressure and meet deadlines Empathetic, deals well with clients, customer-orientedExperience in BookkeepingAPPLY NOW!
