Create and update discount codes and templates on internal systemsBuild voucher code URLs and landing pagesUpload sales and customer information into backendProcess customer complaints and rejects in sales dashboardsCreates weekly and monthly reports based on a template, gathering information from different sources: excel files, Tableau dashboard, GsheetsDownload information and copy into Gsheets, manipulate data and send updatesEnsure data accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activitiesReports any data issues to the teamMaintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changesMaintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidentialPerform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating excel tables as neededabout YOU:
Proven experience as data entry clerkFast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing systems is strongly preferredExcellent knowledge of word processing, presentation tools and spreadsheets (GSheets, Excel, Office, Slides)Willingness to learn new thingsWorking knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devicesBasic understanding of databasesGood command of English both oral and writtenGreat attention to detail and organizational skillsFast learner with new technology and easily adapts to different tech systemsProblem solverabout THE COMPANY:
