Treasury Analyst - Financing, capital market, fx

Job SummaryUnderstanding the nature and extent of financial and operational risks (from a treasury perspective) of the company and its subsidiaries.Funding and Liquidity - Craft and execute fundraising plans to ensure resources are available to support the requirements of the business. Negotiate and review the terms and documents necessary to maintain short- and long-term credit facilities and working capital solutions.  Ensure compliance with debt covenants.Bank Relationship Management - Liaise with bank counterparts for various treasury/finance needs including dealing room and cash management requirements among others.Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Management - Assist with the execution of hedging strategies to manage the risks arising from foreign exchange and interest rate volatility. Negotiate to obtain the best price and monitor the performance of the hedging strategy.Retirement Fund Management - Assist with the management of the company’s retirement fund such as asset allocation, performance measurement, analysis and benchmarking. Includes the review and analysis of reports submitted by actuary, auditor and fund managers such as actuarial valuations, investment strategies and audit reports, among others.Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in finance or related fieldsPreferably at least 5 years of relevant professional experience;Good knowledge of treasury and trust productsProficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointSystems experience of an end-to-end treasury management system and the associated environment.Good oral and written communication skills in EnglishGood interpersonal skills
