The Role
As a DPU Teller, you will be responsible for receiving deposits from clients and cash transfers from and to branches. When it comes to career growth, it is an opportunity to get valuable corporate experience while learning from veterans of the banking field.
As a member of the Branch Banking Operations Group, you will be at the forefront of giving personalized and quality service to our clients. By handling client inquiries, requests, and complaints, the Roving Teller will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of our Branch Banking Operations Group.
How you'll contribute
Performs verification depending on the agreed MOA with the client, which can be piece count, bundle count, or count of sealed deposits in the presence of the depositor or its authorized representative.Performs an actual piece count of cash in the presence of the depositor or authorized representative and verifies the genuineness of cash for deposit and completeness of the material particulars of checks for deposit.Witness the bagging of the deposit items and locking of the duffel bag by the client, including signing over the sealer wrapped around the padlock.Performs bundle counting of cash deposits per denomination in the presence of the depositor or its authorized representative.Reports to Cash Unit Head any unusual observations regarding the security of the armored car while in transit and assists in the delivery of cash deposits to BSP.What we’re looking for
