Duties and Responsibilities:
Receives claim documents from clients or representative and issue acknowledgement receiptEncodes details of the inspection based on the draft estimate reports submitted by the evaluators including cost of spare partsPrepares transmittal report of all documents forwarded to Head Office.Handles all requests for roving inspection including re-inspections received from Head OfficeCoordinate with IMSI all requests for roving inspection on non-moving damaged vehicles and on areas outside Metro Manila.Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree courseWith experience as Claims Assistant in a non-life insurance firm is highly preferredDetail-oriented and is able to work well under pressureWilling to render overtime, if neededAbove average communication skillsCan work with minimal supervisionEncoding skills is an advantageGood computer skills is a must
