Support the marketing department to facilitate the duties of Marketing Manager and other Executives.
Key Accountabilities
1. Marketing and Advertising Support
• Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
• Assist with the updating of the Company website and social media channels.
• Liaise with creatives for the creation of digital marketing collaterals
• Work with media to queue all marketing materials for paid amplification
• Assist in research and other market-related activities.
• Research and recommend other advertising opportunities.
2. Administrative Support
• To assist in the facilitation of 3rd party vendor accreditation
• To assist budget monitoring & accounting of all marketing expenses to Zycus
• Handle travel arrangements for marketing department, schedule meetings, organize data and gather information.
• Prepare purchase orders, cheque requests, petty cash vouchers, and travel and expense claims as needed, with accuracy, completeness and on time.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates must have strong communication skills, and strong administration and organizational skills
• Must be keen to details and knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
