Duties and Responsibilities:
This is expected to be an individual contributor (IC) positionProgram management of strategic projectsTracking and reporting of all initiatives across Ops, both internal efficiencies and IT/Transformation projects, including performance/results, headcount savings and hard/soft financial impact, budget support, critical to managing financial operationsIntegration of teams and work across the organization, driving results and consistency, while cohesively supporting and telling the Ops story, including performance reporting, planning, coordination and communicationUAT for relevant applicationsSMEs for business requirementsParticipate in remediation effortsManage support mailboxesQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree holderMust have at least 2 years of project management experience.Business Transformation experienceSix Sigma Green BeltProject ManagementExperienced in managing projects and in leading cross-functional team members assigned during the duration of a project to ensure timely completion or project deliverable(s).Experienced in developing and maintaining reporting documentation (Monthly Status Reports, etc.) so that all administrative coordination points between cross functional departments and projects are informed/updated regularlyStrong communication skills as appropriate throughout the duration of assigned projects and through post implementationStrong data analytical skills that extend beyond the obvious end resultMust be amenable to work on a NightshiftHow to apply?
