Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities in your assigned territory to support achievement of volume and market share growthEnsure availability, visibility potential, distribution, and price compliance of products in the outletsImplement national and local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, and engagement activitiesDevelop and coordinate action plans needed with counter-part Salesman, to achieve volume targetsRaise adult consumer preference for product distribution of our brands in outlets for incremental salesQualifications:
Must be a college graduate, of any 4-year courseYou have strong interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative sellingHas experience in General trade - selling on sari-sari stores, public marketsCan drive MA Transmission and has a driver's licenseHas field sales exposureYou must be amenable to be assigned in the area of Marikina, Rizal and Muntinlupa, with Mondays to Saturdays without fixed work hours but expected to start work at 6:30 AM.
