Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages Key Accounts Group businessDirectly sells the company’s products to trade within assigned territoryEstablishes and maintains good business relationships with accountsManages account business performance: achievement of targets, manage Account Receivables (A/R) / Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) target, daily fieldwork routine, and call proceduresPresent promos/projects to accounts (buyers, store managers)Ensures proper execution of trade promos, pricing, etcReports competitive activitiesJob Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fieldMust have at least 3-4 years experience as Distributor Business Specialist or Key Accounts SpecialistHas strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skillsPossesses very good self-leadership and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focusedGreat team player and can work effectively with others, at all levels and different departmentsWilling to be assigned in any location
