Account Manager - with Telco background

As an Account Manager you will acquire, manage and develop client accounts by meeting the client’s needs through Infinivan services. You will work in many fields and assists in increasing the sales volume of InfiniVAN services by finding leads and closing sales deals with existing clients and new prospects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product valueBuilding strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customersCollaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillmentCollecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needsKeeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notesMaintaining updated knowledge of company products and servicesResolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processesIdentifying industry trendsActing as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.With Telco background is a PLUSExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent active listening skills.Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.Extensive, accurate product knowledge.Advanced motivational and negotiation skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWilling to work in BGC and Makati
