The Role
As a Corporate Sales Assistant, you will respond in supporting the corporate cards business by ensuring accurate and timely processing of all after-sales requests. Also, you will Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business. Establishes and maintains good working relations with SBC partners and customers.
How you'll contribute
Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external partners and customers to sustain the growth of corporate card sales.Ensures customer requests are fulfilled and complaints are resolved within TAT.Operates the corporate help desk by handling inquiries, requests, and complaints lodged by the affiliated customerEnsures all client contact details are updated to ensure the accuracy of customer information in the database.What we're looking for
Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or in any related courses.Fresh Graduate / with at least less than 1 year of experience.Must have a working knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Excel, Work, and Powerpoint)Good communication skills - oral and written.Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressureFresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
