We are looking for a Creative Marketing Project Coordinator to support various project teams in acquiring creative marketing assets by working with in-house and external creative asset producers.

You will be responsible for liaising with the necessary parties to obtain creative assets in a timely manner based on the briefs provided by the project teams. External parties include influencers, creative agencies, photographers, and customers. Good communication and project management skills are essential in this role.

ResponsibilitiesObtain creative asset brief from key stakeholders in the various marketing teamsInterpret the briefs and flesh out the full requirements, actionables and details for the deliverablesManage the timelines and priority of the deliverables based on the overall strategy of the companyBrief the necessary parties involved in the asset creationEnsure assets are submitted on timeConduct influencer, agency or contractor research and influencer outreach, negotiation and contracting to ensure an optimal outcome for the brand according to the marketing briefProofread and oversee influencer generated branded content to ensure we stick to campaign timelines and deliverables.Compile, analyze and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements.Build and maintain constructive and sustainable relationships with influencer, monitor event calendar and coordinate brand campaigns.Skills and experienceExcellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skillsExcellent project and time management skillsAble to interpret and translate general strategic direction into actionable and executable stepsOrganized and meticulousGood critical thinking skills and able to ask thoughtful questions to identify gaps and potential problemsNice to haveUnderstand the brand strategy and style guide and have a good eye for high quality creative assetsHave knowledge of direct response marketing
