Responsibilities:
Achieve outlined revenue and customer satisfaction target.Identify new business opportunities. Identify revenue streams and vertical market solutions.Maintain/manage relationships with key strategic clientele.Identify, solicit and qualify potential strategies with major existing accounts.Clearly communicate customer & sales commitments to the Supervisor, Operational department on time.Proactive response to clients, result-oriented and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.Perform the full sales function, preparing quotations, and gathering market intelligence.Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver client’s needs.Relationship management, presales activities including proposal preparation, presentation, and contract negotiation.Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience with proven track record in Business Development for IT Services.Strong knowledge and connection in the IT industry.Must have a background in Staff Augmentation.Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and resourceful with strong demonstrated leadership qualities.With the details about the job, we understand that it is also important for you to understand the company and the culture.
