This role focuses on
Key implementor of the parameters and tools being used in site acquisition to open profitable store.For site sourcing potential and future site acquisitions.Making sound negotiation based on science, prevailing market status and etc. to make a cost-efficient store.Responsible in reviewing, monitoring and closing all correspondences based on ideal provisions from legal.Timely processing, monitoring, reporting and aligning all progress of necessary requirement and concerns on site acquisition.Responsible for creating current and future partnership such Lessor’s, third parties, and governmental agencies.
