Business Transformation Project Manager

To define, drive and develop projects aligned to strategic goals of the company, develop core capabilities that support business transformation, oversee and assist with the governance of the projects and coordinate implementation across the company in relation to its objectives.

You will have the opportunity to propose projects needed for the transformation of the business, research and analyze and propose solutions, manage different stakeholders at different levels and ensure execution and turnover. 

Responsibilities:

 Supporting the company’s transformation agenda by providing structure, organization and consistency throughout the project durationAnalysing business requirements with the help of Senior Management to support the company objectivesDetermining timelines, activities and other requirements to meet project objectives.Identification of high level risks, assumptions, constraints and key stakeholders for planningDetermining the organizational value and prioritization of different projects with the help of Senior ManagementHigh level management of required integrations and stakeholder engagement and managementRisk management. Coordinate the issues to be solved and decisions to be takenDevelopment of and implementation of suggested approaches in order to face improvement opportunitiesCommunication and agreements with internal/external customersProvide high level of data analytics and setting of data requirements, steering research work, data gathering, and interpretation to meet set objectivesFollow through with initiatives setMonitoring timeliness and dependencies of all ongoing and upcoming projectsManage budgetary requirementsOverseeing quality management for project outputs and deliverablesTo perform high level key communications project documentationTo develop and deliver project reports to different levelDelegate project management tasks under the transformation departmentPerformance management and development of the project management teamResource management on project work and/or research related tasks under transformation department

Qualifications:

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Business ManagementAt least 5-8 years of working experience in Project Management or in a similar fieldKnowledgeable in Business and Data AnalyticsAbility to be flexible, prioritize important tasks and able to work well under pressureGood multitasking skillsCritical thinker and problem-solver Proficient in English and FilipinoStrong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactivelyTeam player, teachable, reliable and hard workerExcellent and advanced MS Office and GSuite Apps SkillsKnowledge of using online tools to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge in process mapping and budgeting
