Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, analyzing, implementing and directing of Corporate planning strategies and programs, and ensures effective and efficient operational activities and provides solutions that enhance the operation of the organization
Responsibilities:
Create, Monitor, and Push Corporate-wide KPI’s, Goals, and ObjectivesConceptualize Strategic Plans and Initiatives to realize Bayad’s Mission and VisionManage Corporate-wide Projects to Ensure Timeliness and Effectiveness.Assist in the Budget Planning ExerciseSpearhead Bayad’s Annual Planning SessionFacilitate Committee Meetings and Ensure Action Items are ResolvedQualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree Business Management, Business Administration. Industrial Engineer and/or other related coursesAt least 3-5 years of work experience as a Corporate PlannerExcellent in business analysis, requirements gathering, and data managementIdeally with background in banking, financial services, and fintech industriesAbility to interact with diverse stakeholders including Executives, SMEs and other employees of the organizationAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesSolid analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillExcellent presentation skills
