We are looking for a Virtual Administrative Assistant to support one of our Management Consultants in Bermuda. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, your central role is to provide administrative support to the Management Consultant. You will be working closely with the Consultant; thus you will be required to complete work requests in a fast changing environment.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Inbox management (categorizing emails, replying to emails, etc.)
• Calendar management
o Planning and scheduling contact/client meetings, teleconferences
o Scheduling meetings
o Sending reminders prior to meetings
• Proofreading and updating documents using Microsoft Office
• Carry out specific administrative tasks and projects, as directed, by your manager
• Maintaining files and records
• High attention to detail
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Sending reminders prior to meetings –collating meeting material ie. Email attachments, documents, materials that the manager would need to review prior to meeting,
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Proven experience in an administrative support role
• Proficient in MS Suite of Products (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Demonstrated experience working in a face-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City in graveyard shift, Mondays-Fridays (7pm – 4am or 8pm – 5am)
