Leasing Assistant Specific Duties
Filing Management - make sure to have a complete original copy of the tenants' Contract and maintain a soft copy of Contracts.
Socialize with tenants and know their business status and concerns and report it to Supervisor
Maintain Lessor- Lessee relationship.
Coordinates tenants’ concerns with relevant Departments for action and resolution on the
concern.
Assist Supervisor in marketing available Units.
Assists clients during visits and ocular inspections
Assist Supervisor in knowing the current market rates of surrounding Community Malls.
Maintain updated contact details of tenants
Communicates, interacts and maintains relationships with Brokers.
Prepares weekly update report including the current status of Cebu City
Prepare the monthly summary of tenants customer monitoring
Admin Officer Specific Duties
Procurement* Secure quotation from supplier and contractors
* Assist MST Supervisor and MST in their materials requisition
* Securing of vendors and contractor’s requirements
* Prepare and process supplier and contractors contract agreements
* Maintain records of vendors and contractor with its contact information
* Maintain records of purchased materials for reference
Administrative* Prepare correspondence to tenants and interoffice memo;
* Receive and relay tenants concerns to designated person to address the concern
* Proper implementation of rules & regulations of the building
* Accurate documentation and filing
* Provides good customer service
* Coordinated with Building manager and other JFI staffs
* Minute taking during meetings and coordination with Manila Admin
* Assists HR in sending Biometrics logs of employees in Cebu
* Provide administrative support to Co-working staffs
* Monitors GCash Transactions
Work Location
Hybrid Work Setup: Crossroad Mall, Cebu City
Work Schedule
Mondays- Friday: 8am-5pm ; Saturday: 8am-12pm
Qualifications
College Graduate (preferred Engineering, Accounting or Business Management)With at least 2 years work related experienceProfessional demeanor with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Poised and flexible with the ability to adapt and prioritize routines and responsibilities as required.Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, be proactive, resourceful, and efficient.Willingness to learn/understand the business.Ability to identify opportunities for administrative improvement and take related actions.Proven ability to interact with all levels of management with a high level of professionalism.Work effectively, both as a team member and independently.
