Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans and promotionsUndertake psychographic research and analysesConduct market research to establish customer trends and habits.Establish goals and objectives in order to reach our employees through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).Build and maintain relationships with our employees through network buildingCreating marketing events and promo launchesPerforming other duties when neededRequirements:
Excellent analytical skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail for precise analysis of data.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.At least 1 - 2 of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Highly organized and detail oriented.
