The position is responsible for developing partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.Assists in building partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.Assesses and anticipates HR related concerns of the business units.Recommends HR interventions that supports business objectivesWorks closely with business units to increase retention, build morale and boost productivityPartners with HR Center of Experts to deliver high-quality, consumable HR services that will enable the attainment of strategic business goals and initiatives.Assists in determining, integrating and delivering effective HR services such as talent management and development, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, strategic consultation and coaching, and employee engagement strategies. Assists in the development of succession planningQualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Full-Time position(s) available.
