KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintaining HR Information System (HRIS): ensure HRIS is accurately updated on a timely manner to reflect all organizational changes.Providing Technical Support: Assist in basic technical support submitted via email, MS Teams, AskHR and AXA Angel for our HRIS and timekeeping systems. Escalate any out-of-scope issues to IT or vendor support.Generating Reports: Provide monthly roster or ad hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders.Automation Management: Run daily RTB automation for Total Rewards. If needed, assist in automation design to support HR processes.Vendor Management: Ensure that new contracts, contract renewals and payments are processed and applied on time. If needed, accruals need to be done by the end of the year.Provide orientation to new hires during First Day High on HR SystemsEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1 year HR Systems and Reporting experienceStakeholder managementProficient in Microsoft Excel
