The Talent Development Associate is a response to focus on increasing the level of relevant skills and knowledge within the organizations workforce through the provision of training and learning support to staff and managers.
Scoping of multimedia support requested by main clients HR (and other departments from time to time)Coordinating and collaborating with program owner(Talent Development Team) in planning and designing E-Learning materialCrafting of storyboard, shot list, planning, and coordination of the logistical requirements for the multimedia production processExecuting E-Learning design using the most suited authoring application (Articulate and Adobe Suite)Coordination with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and administrators to fulfill the E-Learning publication process using such platformsParticipation in regular and ad hoc meetings which are essential in the proper scoping, work planning, production and post-production, and execution of all multimedia outputProviding and performing multimedia and production support in company events, pre-event, event proper, and post-event activities and tasks.JOB QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalentFresh graduates are open to apply!With basic video creation experienceAmenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
