The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Officer in various account processing tasks to achieve the business targets of the Small Business Loan Division. You will serve to complement the Sales Officer in bringing accounts to completion according to to set turnaround time (TAT) and productivity levels as well as in housekeeping to ensure booked loans are in order or if with document deficiencies, are regularized within committed timelines.
How you'll contribute
Do call-outs to move accounts at various stages as needed - at the front end to complete the application process; booking; and document deficiency cleanupAssist Sales Officers (SPOCs or Single Point of Contact persons) or branches in booking complianceEnsure minimal or nil post-booking document deficienciesHelp ensure committed turnaround time (TAT) per account is met. Do the necessary follow-ups with case participants.Ensure transactions are error-free to minimize or eliminate losses, operational risk, or costs due to re-workFor BML SAs, monitor existing RCLs for renewalAssist in bank statement encoding during peak loadsHandle administrative tasks for the SBL unitsWhat we’re looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or other related fieldsKeen to detailsGood communication skillsFresh graduates are welcome to apply!
